I chose to offer my book on this website, for free, for two main reasons. I very much liked the website idea because the Internet would allow me to make it easily accessible to a lot of people, and I liked the free idea because I didn’t want money to stand in the way of its content.

The costs associated with this entire project have been fully funded by me. This includes a great deal of time spent writing this book, researching, building the website — plus yearly hosting and domain fees to keep this website running. It has been a challenging labor of love that has amounted to 5 years worth of work (as of this site’s launch on 3/31/12).

If my book/website has been meaningful to you and you would like to give something back for my efforts and expenses, I have set up a PayPal donations link on this page. I would welcome and greatly appreciate a donation of any amount.
